This apartment was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen and living area, it was perfect for our group of friends. The apartment also had two terraces, which were great for enjoying the nice weather. We also appreciated the convenience of having a tram station nearby, making it easy to get around the city.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The noise from the streetcars passing in front of the apartment could be quite loud, especially for those who are light sleepers.

The apartment was so luxurious and stylish, it felt like we were in a movie. The host was super welcoming and friendly, and even left us fresh fruits as a welcome gift. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Brussels, making it easy for us to explore the city and have an unforgettable time.
The only thing we would have asked for is a better party scene. As young party-going people, we were hoping for a more vibrant nightlife near the apartment.

I recently stayed at Royal Apartments for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The apartment itself was a great value for a luxury stay. The living room had high ceilings, creating a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. With two large bedrooms, including one with an ensuite bathroom, there was plenty of room for two couples. The apartment was also very clean and tastefully decorated. I loved the location as well, with quick access to main attractions, plenty of restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. Plus, we were lucky enough to witness the preparations for the parade during Belgian National Day, with old tanks lining up outside our window.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location was unreal! Walking distance to all the main attractions and loads of restaurants. The apartment itself was mind-blowing, with spacious rooms and super comfy furniture. We were blown away by the large kitchen and the kitchen nook, perfect for family meals. The free laundry facilities in the basement were a game-changer. Plus, there was a grocery store nearby for convenience. On top of all that, we got to witness some jaw-dropping action on Belgian National Day with tanks preparing for the parade just outside our window. The interior design was a pleasant surprise, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. Geert and Maxime were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay!

The apartments at Royal Apartments Brussels are so cozy and comfortable. The seating area with sofas and a TV made me feel right at home, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine, it made meal times so convenient. The private bathroom with a shower was great, and the bath and/or shower, hairdryer, and toiletries were nice touches. The fact that the apartment is spread out over 2 floors added an extra sense of space. The coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards in the rooms were really handy too!
Personally, I'm not a big fan of bathtubs, but I know some people love them.
